If you are interested in more information about the price of each leasehold, please reach out via email with specific queries. Within Bear Creek, the price per acre of land slowly (very slowly) appreciates according to an amortization schedule. As of February 2023, current price per acre of land is $2,128.50. Any infrastructure and developments (houses, outbuildings, fruit trees, gardens, etc.) have an additional value and cost to them. It is possible for one party to lease more than one leasehold if additional acreage is desired. Road access to Bear Creek is along the lower edge of the map, via Frontier Lane (which runs north-south), and along Ferrier Lane (running east-west) which is the visible straight white line bisecting the map. The road indicated in red is an internal access road currently being planned and developed by BCCLT. Parking areas are indicated by red rectangles on the map. With a birds-eye map, it is hard to give a full sense of the hilly topography, waterways and ponds, and diverse forests. The best way to get a real feel for this beautiful land is to plan a visit and see for yourself!
